going through big stressful thing that happened the other night and i was going to go off somewhere and stay home with me and i knew what to do. because i'm trained and understanding how to give women support when they are going through stress and most men do not have a clue. i don't judge them. i don't blame them to them they think, honhy you are getting upset over nothing. don't worry about it. i will handle it i will fix it. we will get through this. no, it doesn't work. they don't get it. if you give a solution it will solve the problem or at least postpone the problem and that helps the man to cope with stress. it doesn't wep him. it inhibits the release of the hormone oxytocin. >> am i reading this correctly. this hits not in your 20s or 30s though the 40-year-old thing. >> hits with the 20s. absolutely. >> i would think -- they are so stressed out. i have three daughters. i've seen the whole thing go up. >> you have a lot of estrogen. >> i got estrogen everywhere. they are all stressed out. and unfortunately if we want to talk about our kids -- this book is not for people our age
